Leadership Style

 

All Saints’ seeks an approachable, outgoing, socially adept leader who
has a strong personal sense of direction. This leader needs to drive change without engendering undue conflict or confrontation. He/she should be flexible, sensitive and humanistic. This leader should have stable theological views while still generating new ideas. Our new leader will be engaged in outreach
to create a stronger church within our community.
